This one is so fresh, it will definitely wake you up! If I have a day where I slept badly, I will use this scent in the shop to concentrate but with a relaxing tea to control anxiety.

Rosemary oil has been tested in some amazing studies, like one where scientists found rosemary oil improved both picture memory and numbers memory for secondary students, and also another study where it improved short-term memory of elderly patients.

Paired with tangerine oil which has been shown to increase brain waves that are for the awake, active part of the brain- for focus and being alert.

The mini sprays are designed to be used as you need them, to take little sensory breaks from work/school etc. And for relaxation and breathing

I use the mini sprays on my wrist, sleeve or collar- so that I can smell them all day

• Amber glass bottle
• Spray top with lid
• 10ml pure essential oils diluted with perfumers alcohol
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Keep out of reach of young children
